Nowoczesna bryła budynku biurowego MZWIK w Sulejówku została wykonana przy użyciu najwyższej jakości produktów Baumit. Na elewacji wykorzystano tynk modelowany Baumit CreativTop, dzięki któremu uzyskano efekt betonowych płyt.
Due to its unique location in a 'forest glade', we decided to design a building that would blend in harmoniously with its surroundings (a pine forest), hence the single-storey, non-dominant mass and the use of characteristic vertical wooden elements on thefaçade, which are a reminiscence of the rhythm of the trunks of the pine forest surrounding the building. The background for these elements is a plaster façade reminiscent of the grey architectural concrete (which could not be used in this case for budgetary reasons). To avoid monotony, the height of the two wings of the building was varied by creating a raised attic on one of them, behind which the ventilation and air-conditioning units are located. Large expanses of glass starting from the floor in the office spaces provide a spacious feeling and ensure excellent lighting. The design of the building is carried out in a light-coloured render, which is reminiscent of The design of the building is carried out in a light-coloured render that refers to the natural white concrete. Vertical decorative elements made of glued, impregnated wood (pine) in natural colour, above-window strips separated by vertical wooden elements will be plastered with graphite-coloured plaster.
