Hotel Splendid
Erected in 1927, the building of Splendid Hotel is designed in the spirit of the Late Secession. This project supports the original designation of the building and preserves its authentic look. It is geared towards restoration of the original moldings and the details of the facade and the preservation of its historic environment.

The building stands in the central square of the city of Pleven, which was established during the time of the Bulgarian Renaissance.
