St Andrews Church
Bexhill property company Ltd designed a plan to sympathetically convert it into 11 flats whilst retaining its original features. MultiContact MC55 W and KZP 65 were used with a sponge finish to emulate a rustic stone look, which was then finished with SilkonColor.

Originally completed in 1900 and designed by notable local architect, J.B wall, the building was mentioned in The Buildings of England, Sussex (east) volume as a building of architectural interest. Internally Baumit SX Airless was used to create a smooth internal finish.
