Atlantis Atmosphere is a residential complex focused on a healthy living environment, sustainable architecture and a bond with nature. The buildings are perpendicular to the coastline to the south creating compositions of east - and west-facing vistas and a garden exposed to the southern sun. The shapes are designed with a focus on visual elegance. The outside corners of the building are chamfered, giving the facade a dynamic look. The volumes of the two buildings are visually disrupted and sectioned off into four separate elements connected vertically with a shared volume, underscored with see-though elevators. Greenery and light overflow the communal areas, adding a plethora of vistas toward the garden making the walk towards home more enjoyable. The facades are done in white, a symbol of the sea, and wood that creates a feeling of coziness and harmony at home. Compositionally, the color scheme is based on the juxtaposition of coconut and white-shell salak and sculpted niches of heartwood. The loggias and windows reinforce the feeling of privacy at home and focus the eye on the garden. The apartment balconies, insulated from those of neighboring units, are clad with HPL. The stability of this material and its wood grain make using the space all that more pleasurable. The tall ceilings and windows let in more natural light deep into the interior. The installations on the roof and the facades are discrete and add to the sleek appearance while enhancing the feeling of comfort and silence to deliver a concept that offers excellent living conditions and lifestyle. The architectural concept focused on sustainable and healthy living atmosphere is a continuum of structural, architectural, landscaping, urban development and hi-tech elements.
