A Franciscan convent - erected in 1894 - was basically rehabilitated from 2019 to mid-2021. The facade was partially refurbished (with sgrafitto) and partially renewed. The plaster in the basement was largely knocked off, slots and larger masonry break-outs were closed with Multi Fill LTM81, then pre-sprayed with Multi61, base rendering felted with Baumit Trass KP 04 as finishing rendering Baumit MC 55 W. All slots and masonry break-outs in the ground floor were closed with Multi Fill LTM81, base rendering was applied with Baumit Klima RK 38, surface with Baumit Klima Glätt W of Q3 quality. Slots and masonry break-outs in the upper floors were closed with Baumit Multi Fill LTM81. Where a new masonry was erected, base rendering with Klima KP36W, surfaces smoothed with Baumit KlimaGlätt W. Gypsum surfaces treated with Baumit UnoRed, defects renewed and smoothed. The smoothing layer was removed from the old 3-layer plaster, the base rendering was solidified with Baumit SanovaPrimer and screeded with Baumit KlimaGlätt W. All slots and facing walls in wet rooms were treated with Baumit multiFill LTM 81. The base rendering was made with Baumit MP 69 Speed and felted with Baumit MC 55 W where no tiles were provided. New concrete ceilings and walls were plastered with Baumit MPH 50 Speed and filled with Baumit KlimaGlätt W. Surfaces were partially knocked off on the outside, a new entrance door and windows were installed, base rendering performed with Baumit MP 69 Speed. Finishing plaster Baumit KratzPutz KRP Jura 04 coloured, shade adapted to the old stock.
