The three-storey former residential building and bathhouse with its converted attic was erected in 1910. A swimming pool was added in the east in 1969. The front facade as well as the staircase still feature numerous building-typical wooden and decorative elements. All supporting exterior and interior walls are built of bricks. The floor slabs consist of wooden beams and reinforced concrete slabs. The well-preserved old building substance was restored to its original condition and redevelopped, taking account of the requirements for listed buildings and considering the technical requirements to comply with the today's demands for modern living. Combination of a historic old building and a new construction with lime-stone masonry brickwork with ETICS MW and staggered storey. Coating with SEP eco facade.
