The proposed architecture of this family residence followed the structural solution, the energy saving and the spatial continuity between interior and exterior: simple, clearly defined white volumes, without many gaps to the south, while having sliding metal perforated panels as sun protection to the west.

The location is marked by the presence of a forest and the plain relief, which imposes a certain architectural and cultural specificity. The general lines of the intervention followed the structural solution, the energy saving and the spatial continuity between the interior and the exterior, thus fruiting the relationship with the site. The body of the building is simple, being outlined by two prisms, oriented in such a way as to provide a good level of sunshine throughout the day. The facades were treated differently, depending on the orientation: simple clear volumes without many gaps to the south, and to the west sliding panels made of perforated metal sheet having the role of sun protection of the interior spaces. The emphasis was on thermal insulation of the external walls to reduce heat loss. The materials used respond to the cultural aspects of the place. In terms of context, the proposed architecture is characterized by simple, clearly defined white volumes that do not compete with traditional local architecture.
