This ground-floor family house is open on two sides, towards the street and the yard. The wide entrance from the street gives a welcoming feeling, while the inner side provides the privacy to enjoy the yard and the pool. Special emphasis was placed on the quality of the material, considering that the owner of the house is also the owner of a construction company.
