Artistic House III is a step forward for us on our path to a new way of planning and building residential structures. Located in the desirable Vitosha District, the building combines modern and functional architecture, high aesthetic value and balance between its exterior and interior. This is complemented by emotional notes that come from the personal touch exuding from the details and the pieces by acclaimed contemporary artists used throughout the building. The structure is executed in line with the modern building standards and norms with strict compliance with the technical specifications of renowned European manufacturers.
Each element of Artistic House III is painstakingly selected, thought-through and installed to perfection. The building boasts of creative solutions and ideas and its facade is its accent piece. The HPL panels, with their natural wood color, bring warmth and provide contrast. Materials and systems by leading manufacturers were selected to guarantee comfort and protection regardless of the season and the temperature outside. The entire building is clad with 10 cm Baumit StarTherm 031 insulation panels with adhesive anchors, high-quality finishes and all of the details and accessories recommended by the manufacturer. The Wineberger ceramic bricks with a width of 25cm and 5-cell profile and the Salamander Streamline 76 triple glazing units contribute to the overall thermal and noise insulation. The look of the building is underscored by its spectacular lighting system which puts its shapes in focus and accentuates the materials used.
The building features several modern security and automation systems. The DoorBird Berlin smart system allows for audio and video communication, entry door control and access control for the parking area via smartphone irrespective of whether the user is inside the building or not. The Solid security doors, with their secondary hidden locking system provide uncompromising protection combined with elegant design. Developed and manufactured by KONE, the six-person elevator is outfitted for use by people with disabilities.
