Straight and modern
A straight and modern house from the 1930ies was created. Contrasts of ETICS with pane rendering: clearly defined, white facade fields alternating with the anthracite sheeting system. Connections to the facade construction, windows, roller shutters adapted by a combination of ETICS details.

The rehabilitation of the MFH in Leipzig clearly shows how to make an average house of the 1930ies style a straight and modern house. The ETIC system contrasts selected for that with a SEP 02 pane rendering as the finishing rendering offer clearly divided and brilliantly white facade fields in a harmonious change to the horizontal anthracite sheeting system. To this effect, the line direction is also continued in the nearly room-high windows with French balconies and a matched roller shutter system. The corresponding connections were optimally adapted by a combination of the Baumit-ETICS details. Connections to the facade construction and window as well as roller shutter systems. Also, all interior rooms were finished with Baumit materials.
