The rehabilitation of these residences consisted in the thermal insulation of the buildings by the inside, and in the renovation of the facades with an important work on materialities. The comfort of the housings was improved, the common spaces of the buildings were re-qualified and the outer vegetal area was revalued.

The project concerns six residences on two separate sites, with a total of 122 dwellings. On the facade, depending on the location, a brick facing or a rendering has been applied. In order to bring movement to the facing, glazed bricks are distributed randomly. The common areas have been reworked - the stairwell windows have been replaced and the access steps to the halls have been rebuilt. The external spaces, pedestrian and vehicle lanes were also redesigned. The work was carried out on an occupied site, and in the presence of asbestos.
