Complex of buildings – several types of small residential structures, whose layout is based on a clear hierarchy of communal spaces – a town square with underground services, a recreational square, a courtyard, and spaces between the blocks – all forming a complete residential enclave with a highly variable character, harmoniously integrated into a challenging context (a major traffic artery, a neighborhood of single-family homes, post-industrial areas). Architecturally, despite the repetitiveness of most building volumes, several distinctive exceptions have been tailored based on terrain conditions or urban planning solutions. Material solutions are based on several visually created motifs in individual objects and/or having symbolic significance (brick texture in spatially significant areas), resulting in picturesque and cozy effects despite geometric regularity and rationality.
