Q-Tower
Building upwards instead of outwards. The Q-Tower sets new standards in high-rise construction. In view of the scarcity of green space, rising property prices and population figures, high-rise projects are a logical consequence and therefore also consciously sustainable and contemporary. Visually, the Q-Tower impresses with its sophisticated basic shape, which shows a different silhouette from every angle. The façade is surprisingly multi-faceted and it appears as if the tower is floating above the plinth area due to its shape, the façade in gold and copper tones and the sophisticated play of light and shadow. At a height of 114 metres, the Q-Tower in Vienna houses a total of 169 rental flats (as part of the Vienna Housing Initiative), 206 condominiums and 94 micro-apartments as serviced flats. The tower is surrounded by green open spaces, including on the roof of the base zone, where there is even a running track. The Q-Tower is part of THE MARKS neighbourhood, which combines modern living, working, leisure time and shopping. The topic of mobility is a top priority. There are a total of 2,000 bicycle parking spaces for residents on the site and there is a comprehensive mobility concept.
