LIAS quarter

The LIAS quarter serves as the “prototype” for the construction of the planned new development area “Am Tannenwäldle” in Aalen. The quarter is made up of five individual buildings comprising 14 premium maisonette townhouses, eight penthouses and 18 residential units, offering stunning views over the city. Special feature: In close cooperation with the building contractor, two different plaster structures were considered: brushed and rolled plaster structures. The main challenge lay in the time-consuming clarification of the details, especially for the connections to the windowsills installed on site and the area of the base connections.
