A multi-family building with a service function on the ground floor and an underground garage is located in Zielona Dolina in Piła, near the Gwda River.The facility has an unusual shape resulting from the geometry of the plot and the building line, which made it possible to create an internal courtyard available to residents. The colors of the facade were designed based on the natural colors of the "earth" contrasting with the modern mosaic plaster on the ground floor. The building's facade is in a contemporary style. Light brown plaster dominates most of the facade, giving the facility a modern and elegant character. Dark gray plaster inserts are skillfully placed, creating interesting architectural details.
