In the integral rehabilitation of the facade, criteria of energy efficiency and sustainability have been included maintaining the classic aesthetics of the original construction. The entire existing coating has been removed and then faithfully rebuilt to the initial aesthetic using ETICS.

In order to mantain the classic aesthetics and not to worsen humidity problems of the dwellings with ground floor, there were 3 types of Baumti Systems used: CeramicSystem EPS (third floor), StarSystem EPS (first and second floor) and OpenSystem with OpenReflect for the ground floor. There were also installed Baumit Mouldings FX.
