Colina Lac represents the first phase of a development that aims to create the ideal environment for a united community, through everything that architecture and urbanism can offer - it represents a long-term vision. The first phase takes place on an area of 3 ha and includes 112 meticulously designed homes and a generous outdoor space, and in the future it will also include a school, kindergarten, sports fields, commercial spaces, club-spa, lake promenade and a series of other complementary functions. Drawing inspiration from European cities with personality, each house in the ensemble is named after a city and has its own identity and story. The 1 types of houses sit on the land in a dynamic way that moves us away from the classic, repetitive aspect of the development of terraced houses, still keeping a unified language, contributing to the feeling of safety.
