New build multi storey building on concrete and metal frame structure. Externally insulated with 150mm mineral wool, on SFS system with 100mm mineral wool infilled cavity, to achieve 0.16 u-value. Final selected finish is SilikonTop 1.5mm (Colour 0019) and NSAI approved brick slip finish.
