The house is carried out, almost exclusively, on a single level. The only vertical emphasis is destined to be an Airbnb rental floor, having a separate access from the ground floor. These two features were the main requirements of the design brief.

The architect chose to work with natural materials and textures , such as wood and stone. Their role is to reinforce the relationship between construction and nature , a relationship that was the starting point in the development of this project. Large windows and generous structural openings are created to emphasize this association with the exterior. Another important feature of this project is the presence of interstitial/in-between/both outside and inside spaces. These connective spaces help to strengthen the inner - outer relationship. A strong longitudinal axis, which marks the entire layout of the project , helps bringing the garden in the center of the house.
