I. Momchilov High School and I. Makariopolski Elementary School were constructed between 1969 and 1975 and consist of separate units interconnected with corridors. The architectural style of the buildings is functional modernism and the two main units are rendered grey.

I. Momchilov High School and I. Makariopolski Elementary School were constructed between 1969 and 1975 and consist of separate units interconnected with corridors. Apart from the two educational wings, there are two indoor gyms and a swimming pool. The wards had not been renovated since their launch. They had no central heating and were not environmentally friendly. The architectural style of the buildings is functional modernism and the two main units are rendered grey.
