The project area is located in an area close to the center of Kocaeli and open to development, in a place with groves and forests around it. In a sloping land, we have developed a project with 280 independent sections, which is not based on boundaries within the constraints of the precedent and floor area. Therefore, our goal here is that this campus is livable, social and indispensable. For use, with the effort of minimizing the possibility of hand changes, if possible… Our goal is for a child to grow up and continue to live there, if possible. This is also needed in terms of improving social relations. When various economic burdens and disruptions begin to occur, they can try to move away and dispose of them. We tried to create a livable / livable project here.The project focused on outdoor use. With the landscape of the gardens, transitions between buildings and their surprises; cafes, outdoor-indoor children's playgrounds, fitness sports center, basketball court were designed as spread throughout the landscape. There is also a small scale commercial unit. We have placed areas that are more tailored to need. There are no functions like swimming pool, sauna in wet areas, Turkish bath. 2/3 of the project area is green area. We also use the top of the car parks as the garden of duplex houses. The car is parked underneath but the green area is the top.
