House Thracia
The renovation of a building constructed in 1936 with a total area of 528 square meters, located in a designated area, a cultural monument, with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The project echoes the spirit of the entire Ivan Vazov Street. The concept is a symbiosis of simplified forms of minimalism with a reconstruction in the style of late Secession. The facade solutions consist of decorative plasters by Baumit and mounted laser-treated stone panels.
